Activating ON1 from Extensions
If you have Photos on your computer when you install ON1 Effects, ON1 NoNoise AI, ON1 Portrait AI, or ON1 Sky Swap AI, the appropriate plug-in will be installed, but you will need to manually activate it in order to use it. To do so, go to Apple’s System Preferences and click on the Extensions icon. In the Extensions pane, click on Photos, then check the ON1 Effects, ON1 NoNoise AI, and ON1 Portrait AI options. This will let you send images from Apple Photos to ON1 Effects, ON1 NoNoise AI, ON1 Portrait AI, and ON1 Sky Swap AI. (File Sharing must also be turned on in System Preferences for this to work.)
