This problem is common when launching the Resize module as a plugin from Adobe Photoshop. When launching the plugins from Adobe Photoshop, by default our programs will start with the last used settings. This is likely why the crop tool is active and applied to your image when you first bring the image into the Resize module from Adobe Photoshop. However, you will be able to disable this preference within the ON1 Photo RAW Preferences Pane under the Plugins Tab. Simply uncheck the box that says "Start with last used Settings":
If you are not launching the Resize plugin or are already in the Resize module and are unable to make any changes to the settings on the right, please note, you will not be able to make any changes to the settings on the right side of the Resize module if the crop tool is active. This is shown below:
To fix this problem, you will need to apply the crop or select the Hand Tool on the left. To apply the crop, please click on the "Apply button" in upper right hand corner of the preview window shown below:
After applying the crop, or selecting the Hand Tool on the left, you will be able to make adjustments to the settings on the right side of the Resize module:
** IMPORTANT NOTE for the Resize 2017 Photoshop Plugin **
