How to download the Photo RAW Master Courses

This article will show you how to download the ON1 Photo RAW Master Courses from your User Account on our website. To get started, please go to our website: www.on1.com

Once you are on the homepage, you will need to login to your User Account using the same email address and password you used to purchase and activate ON1 Photo RAW. Please click on the login menu button in the upper right-hand corner:

Next, please sign in with the same email address and password you used to purchase ON1 Photo RAW. If you do not know your password, please click the "Forgot your Password?" button shown below:

Once you have signed in, you will see your name across the top menu bar. Hover your mouse over your name in the top right-hand corner and click on "Products":

This will bring you to the Products section of your User Account where you can download all past and current products and bonus content. Here I have sorted by "most recent" to bring the Photo RAW Master Courses to the top of the list:

Or simply scroll down until you see the Photo RAW Master Courses:

Once you have found the course you want to download, simply click on it within the Products list. This will bring you to the product page for the course you have selected. In this example, we have chosen the "Essentials for ON1 Photo RAW 2017". To download this course, simply click on the download button:

This will automatically start downloading to your Downloads folder on your machine. 

***IMPORTANT NOTE*** Please make sure you wait for the course to finish downloading completely before playing the video.

First please make sure you are logging in under the same email address you used to purchase the Photo RAW. If you are having trouble locating the video course after you have downloaded it, please click here. 

Trouble playing the videos on your computer?

The videos in the Master Courses are MPEG-4 files and should play on all machines. However, if you are having trouble playing the videos on your machine, we recommend VLC Media Player. This is a free media player that will play just about anything. You can download VLC Media Player here.
