Unable to launch Photo RAW after installing the Full Version

This article will fix the problem of the Photo RAW application not launching after installing the Full version on top of pre-release version 1 or 2.


If you are unable to launch the full version of ON1 Photo RAW 2017, please navigate to the "ND Service" and "Explore Service" Folders in the paths below and delete them from your machine


Open Finder. Click on the Go Tab at the top, hold down the Option Key on your Keyboard and click "Library". Next proceed to the path below and delete the two orange highlighted folders. 



Please go to C: Drive > Users > (Your Computer's Username) > AppData > Roaming > ON1 > ON1 Photo RAW 2017 > Explore Service and ND Service. 

Please delete the "Explore Service" and "ND Service" folders from your machine. 

Please note, App Data is a hidden folder on the Windows OS and is not visible by default. To enable hidden files and folders on your machine, please click here.




Once you have deleted these two folders please launch the Photo RAW application. If the problem persists, please contact our technical support team
