ON1 Photo RAW - "api-ms-win-crt-runtime.dll is missing from your computer"

If you are receiving this error message during the Photo RAW installer or when you try to launch the Photo RAW, you will need to reinstall the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables. To download and install the latest C++ Redistributable from Microsoft, please click here. 

**Important Note**

Please download and install both 32 and 64 bit C++ Redistributables on your machine. 

Once you have completed the install, please reboot your machine and reinstall the ON1 Photo RAW to fix this error message.
