If none of our troubleshooting steps have solved the problem, please contact ON1 Technical Support.

Please provide information about your computer system, the troubleshooting steps and the ON1 Log.txt file in your request. The ON1 Log File is located here:


Open Finder. 

Click the Go Tab at the top, hold down the Option Key on your keyboard and click Library > Application Support ON1 > Photo RAW 2017 > ON1 Photo RAW.log 


C: > Users > Your Username > AppData > Roaming > ON1 > ON1 Photo RAW > ON1 Photo RAW Log

Please note, App Data is a Hidden Folder on Windows. Please make sure you enable hidden files and folders on your machine so you are able to open this folder. Click here for instructions on how to enable hidden files and folders on your PC.
