Uninstall the ON1 software products

Here are the instructions for uninstalling ON1 Software products.

**IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ON1 Photo RAW 2017 and 2018 Users BEFORE UNINSTALL**

The files used to uninstall the onOne Software products will also remove any presets, background and extras that you have installed or saved within the program. We recommend backing up all presets that you have created and saved in the program that you do not want to lose prior to running the uninstaller below. For more help on how to backup your presets and extras, please click here.

Also, if you are running the Photo RAW 2017 or 2018 and have not set the program to "write all changes to the sidecar file", your non-destructive edits are stored within the database. If you have not already set the program to save all changes and edits to the sidecar file, your edits are stored within the Photo RAW database and will be removed during the uninstall process. You will not be able to backup the Photo RAW database. If you have non-destructive edits that you do not want to lose, please make sure to set the program to write all changes to the sidecar file prior to uninstalling the program. This can be done within the ON1 Photo RAW Preferences > Files > Enable Sidecar files
