I am receiving an “Unknown error -65” (Windows only)

Please make sure you are running the most current version of your product in order for this to work. You will want to make sure Nalpeiron services are running.

  1. Go to Start Control PanelAdmin ToolsServicesNalpeiron Licensing
  2. Make sure this is set to Started and running. If not, change the startup type to Automatic, click Apply, then Start, if it is stopped (if you get an error attempting to start this service check the next steps).
  3. Please make sure the Windows Event Log and Task Scheduler are running
  4. Go to StartControl PanelAdmin ToolsServicesWindows Event Log (Right click, go to Properties)
  5. Make sure this is set to Started and running. If it is not, change startup type to Automatic, click Apply, then Start, if it is stopped.
  6. Go to StartControl PanelAdmin ToolsServicesTask Scheduler (Right click, go to Properties)
  7. Make sure this is set to Started and running. If it is not, change startup type to Automatic, click Apply, then Start, if it is stopped.
