Error -214... During Installation (Windows Only)

If you are receiving a -214... error during the installation of any program, please restart your machine and try to run the installer again. 

If a simple restart of your computer has not fixed this problem, please follow the steps below:

1. Restart your computer.

2. Uninstall the software by following the instructions below:

3. Download and run a registry cleaner, we recommend this free one:

4. After running the registry cleaner, please restart your computer again and download and run the installer for the version you are installing. You can download all of our programs from our downloads for owners page in the link below:

Make sure you Save the file rather than choosing Run.

Once downloaded, temporarily disable your antivirus software and then right-click on the installer.EXE and choose "Run As Administrator".
