Receiving "Disk Error" with Photo 10.5.1 plugins in Photoshop CC 2015.5

If you are not seeing the ON1 Photo 10 plugins listed under File > Automate in Adobe Photoshop or are receiving the error message shown above when trying to launch an ON1 Photo 10 plugin from the Filters Menu or ON1 Panel, Please follow the steps below carefully.

1. Please reboot your machine and download and install the Photo 10.5.0 from the link below. Throughout this, it is critical that you are launching the correct installer. If you have multiple versions of the ON1 Photo 10.5 installer in your downloads folder, we recommend deleting them prior to starting the download below.

Windows: http://ononesoft.cachefly.net/photo10/win/ON1_Photo_10.5.0.exe

Please make sure you click Save File and not Run. When the download is fully complete, please right click on the .exe file and choose "Run as the Administrator".

2. After the install has completed, please launch Adobe Photoshop CC 2015.5. Once Adobe Photoshop has launched, please quit Adobe Photoshop.

3. After you have closed Adobe Photoshop, please download and install from the test build of the Photo 10.5.2 below. It is critical that you launch the correct installer to fix this problem.

Windows: http://ononesoft.cachefly.net/photo10/win/ON1_Photo_10.5.2.exe

When the download is fully complete, please right click on the .exe file and choose "Run as the Administrator".

Once the installer has finished, launch Adobe Photoshop CC 2015.5 and try to open an image from the File > Automate and Filters Menu. Both locations should be functioning normally.

Additional Notes about the Adobe Photoshop CC 2015.5 and the Photo 10.5.1:

Please note that only the Effects 10, Portrait 10 and Enhance 10 modules will appear under the Filters Menu in Adobe Photoshop. This is normal behavior:

If you would like to launch the Resize plugin from Adobe Photoshop, you will need to go to File > Automate > Resize 10:

 Additional Tip

The Layers module will not appear as a plugin to Adobe Photoshop since you can do everything the Layers module can do and more from within Adobe Photoshop. If you would like to use Layers or the Browse module you will need to run the Photo 10 as a standalone application.

The Browse module will not integrate with any host applications. It is only accessible when running the Photo 10 as a standalone app.
