Uninstaller is Damaged - Mac ONLY

 

**Important Note for Mac OS Sierra users**

We are investigation a signing issue with the uninstaller and the new Seirra OS from Apple. We will be updating the uninstaller when a solution is available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. 

To uninstall the Photo 10.5 on Sierra, please go to:

Finder > Applications > ON1 Photo 10 > Documentation > Remove Photo 10

Instructions for Mac OS Yosemite 10.11 and El Capitan 10.11:

If you are receiving the error message below when trying to launch the "Remove_ON1_Files.dmg" to uninstall our programs, you will need to change the Security and Privacy Settings within your Mac System Preferences. 

To fix this error message, please go to the Apple > System Preferences:

Within the System Preferences, click on "Security and Privacy":

Within the Security and Privacy Settings, please click the Lock in the bottom left to make changed under the General Tab. Please change the settings "Allow applications downloaded from: Anywhere" as shown below:

Click on the Lock to apply these changes. Once you have applied the changes you will be able to run the uninstaller.
