This error message can be caused by a number of factors. However, the steps below have fixed this error for our other customers. Please follow these steps first:
1. Restart your computer.
2. Please make sure the drive where the image is stored is connected and accessible within Finder or Windows File Explorer.
3. Please make sure you have both "Read and Write" Permissions to this particular drive or folder.
Our Technical Support Team has seen this error fixed by a simple reboot of the machine. If this does not solve the problem, please make sure you have access to the drive where the image lives and that you have read an write permissions. If you do not have read and write permissions to this folder or drive you may receive a similar error when trying to open or save the file back to the original location.
