Resetting your Activations
How to deactivate on a single machine
If you currently have access to the program, you will be able to deactivate a single machine by going to Help > Sign-Out from the top navigational toolbar in the application.
This will remove the activation from your machine and allow you to sign in on an additional computer.
How to reset all seats
You will be able to clear all of your Photo RAW activations from inside your User Account on our website even if you no longer have access to the machines the program was activated on. This is extremely useful if one of your machines had a critical HD failure and you are unable to deactivate via the single machine deactivation steps above.
If you are receiving a -8 error in-app Max Activations Exceeded: Please contact ON1 to purchase more activations for this product. (-8), to reset your activations, simply click the "Deactivate All" link located below the error message on the sign-in window.
You will also be able to reset your activations from inside your User Account on our website. To reset your activations, navigate to the Products section inside of your User Account.
Once on the Products Section of your User Account, click the "View Details" link next to the product that you need to reset. For example:
This will bring you to the Product page where you will be able to reset all activations. To reset your activations, click on the "Reset Product Keys" link located at the bottom of the corresponding Product page:
After selecting the "Reset Product Keys" option, you will be required to enter your account password to reset your activations:
After entering your password and pressing the "Reset Product Keys" button, the page will update with the status of your reset:
