How to Install & Activate ON1 Photo RAW 2025

*If you receive an error when activating you may have downloaded the wrong product.

Installation Instructions

Mac:  

1. The download will begin automatically and be saved to your "Downloads" Folder. When the download completes, double click on the "Photo RAW 2025.dmg" file.
   
   
   
   
2. Or right click and choose Open to launch the installer.

During the installation process, you will receive security prompts that you will need to allow by clicking OK.  (These need to be accepted in order for the app to run correctly)

NOTE:  YOU NEED TO USE YOUR MAC ADMIN PASSWORD TO INSTALL,
NOT YOUR ON1 PASSWORD

4. After installation, you will be prompted that installation was successful.

You can choose to Keep or Move Installer to Trash

5. Once installed, you will find the ON1 Photo RAW 2025 application in your Applications/ ON1 PHOTO RAW 2025 folder. Double-click on the ON1 Photo RAW 2025 app icon to launch the app.

Windows

1. The download will begin automatically and be saved to
your "Downloads" Folder. When the download is complete, right click on the
"ON1 Photo RAW 2025.exe" file and choose "Run as the Administrator" to launch the installer.  

(NOTE: You will want to temporarily disable your security software/antivirus software prior and during installation. This can interfere with installation and activation.)

Click Continue to use Default locations.

 

Activation Instructions

When you launch ON1 Photo RAW 2025 for the first time, you can start editing your photos immediately by starting the 14-day free trial. If you have purchased ON1 Photo RAW 2025, click on the "Owners Sign-In button" to activate with your ON1 account credentials (same email address and password you use to log in to your account on our website).

If you have already purchased, click "Owners Sign In".

Sign in using your ON1 account credentials (email address and password).

If you have not purchased the app, click on "Start 14 Day Trial". You will be required to input your email address before the trial begins:

Enter your email address and press "Start 14 Day Trial".
