A: Yes. Resize AI is just one of the modules included inside ON1 Photo RAW. For more information on the modules and features of ON1 Photo RAW please see: ON1 Photo RAW Product Page

You can access Resize AI from anywhere within Photo RAW by clicking on the Resize icon in the module selector: you can select an image—or group of them—from within Browse, or move directly to Resize while you’re working on an image in the Edit module.
