Custom size presets created in the Resize module of ON1 Photo Raw 2018 will not automatically migrate to the Resize module in the new Photo Raw 2019 after completing the installer. If you do not use the "Custom Sizes" section of the Resize module, you can disregard this knowledge base article. Please note, the steps in this article will only work for the Custom Size presets created and saved in the Resize module. These steps will not work for any of your Effects/Develop Presets. All Effects/Develop presets will migrate over automatically during the install process.
However, we have a work around for our custom size users. You will be able to migrate your custom size presets from Resize 2018 to the Resize module of the Photo Raw 2019 by following the steps below.
How to move Custom Size Presets on Mac:
To get your Custom Size Presets created and saved in Resize 2018 in the Resize module of your Photo Raw 2019, you will need to copy all files in the folder where the Custom Crop Presets are stored in the 2018 version and place them into the Photo Raw 2019's version of this same folder. The custom size presets are stored in the path below:
Mac HD > Users > [Your Mac's user folder] > Library > Application Support > ON1 > Common 2018 > CropTool > Custom
HINT: There are two "Library" folders on the Mac OS. To ensure you are looking in the correct Library, open a new Finder Window, go to the "Go" Tab at the top, hold down the OPTION key on your Keyboard and click "Library"
The correct path and files that need to be copied are shown in the screenshot above. Simply select all of the files in the "Custom" folder shown above and place them in the path below. Here is where to you will need to paste the files:
Mac HD > Users > [Your Mac's user folder] > Library > Application Support > ON1 > Common 2019 > CropTool > Custom
After pasting the files into the folder shown above, these custom size presets will appear within the Resize module of your ON1 Photo Raw 2019.
How to move Custom Size Presets on Windows:
In order to get your custom size presets created and saved in Resize 2018 to appear in the Resize module of ON1 Photo Raw 2019, you will need to copy the custom crop size files from version 2018 and place them into the 2019 version of this same folder. Here is the path to this folder:
C: > Users > Your Username > APPDATA > Roaming > ON1 > Photo Raw 2018 > Common > CropTool > Custom
HINT: App Data is a Hidden Folder on Windows. Please make sure you enable hidden files and folders on your machine so you are able to open this folder. For help on how to enable hidden files and folders on your machine, please click here.
Once you have copied the files in the path shown above, please paste them into the "Custom" folder in the path below:
C: > Users > Your Username > APPDATA > Roaming > ON1 > Photo Raw 2019 > Common > CropTool > Custom
After you have copied and pasted the custom crop files into the "Custom" folder for version 2019 (shown in the screenshot above), your custom size presets will appear within the Resize module of your Photo Raw 2019.

You will be able to access the custom size presets within the Resize module of ON1 Photo Raw 2019:
