Blank or Black Previews in the ON1 applications are usually the result of out-dated or unsupported video cards.
You can check the driver details in your ON1 Log file by going to the Help menu in the Application:
Help>Show ON1 Log.
If you go to the end of the log file, you should see something similar to the screenshot below:
In the above example the video card is Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti and the installed driver version is 457.49
(Note: This will vary depending upon the installed video card, such as AMD, Intel, Nvidia etc)
Windows OS has indicated to the user this is the current driver. BUT IT IS NOT.
If you go directly to the video card manufacturer's website (in this example, Nvidia) and manually check for new drivers for this video card, you will see there is a much more newer driver available:
