How do I report issues with the beta?
Will the beta install over my previous/current version of ON1 Photo RAW 2019?
By default, previous versions of ON1 Photo RAW will remain installed. The beta will not over-write your current installation of ON1 Photo RAW 2019, 2018 or 2017. There is an option during installation to remove previous version of ON1, this is turned off by default. If you want to uninstall previous versions (not recommended) you can check the box during the installation.
How can I uninstall ON1 Photo RAW 2020 beta?
Please read how to uninstall ON1 products here »
I am a Plus Pro Member but I can not activate the beta?
Simply use ON1 Photo RAW 2020 in trial mode. There are no limitations to the trial version. When the official version of Photo RAW 2020 is released (in late October), you will receive an upgrade at no additional cost and be able to activate at that time. The ON1 Plus Pro yearly membership fee includes both the product and your access to the Plus website. If you purchased ON1 Plus (not Pro) or the Ultimate Photography Bundle, typically at $49 for 12 months or $49 billed annually, then you will need to purchase the upgrade to Photo RAW 2020 separately, as it is not included with your membership.
If you are unsure which membership type you have, you can check it by logging into your ON1 Account and going to the Membership tab. You will also see any upcoming billing or renewal dates there and will want to make sure your CC and account remains up-to-date to guarantee all future upgrades are delivered automatically to you.
*Note for ON1 Plus Pro Members
Please keep in mind that your yearly membership fee covers everything including Photo RAW and access to Plus content, and your billing cycle is likely different than ON1's yearly release cycle of Photo RAW. This means you might be receiving your no-charge upgrade to Photo RAW 2020 up front, prior to being billed the renewal at a different time of the year. Please take care that your CC information (including CC exp date) is current so your membership doesn't expire unexpectedly when your renewal date approaches.
When will the final version of ON1 Photo RAW 2020 be available?

Supported file formats also include JPEG, TIF, PSD, PSB, PNG, and DNG. Photo RAW 2020 also continues to work seamlessly within current photography workflows.
