If you receive an installation failed error during the installation of your ON1 app, uncheck the option to "Remove previous versions"
We are working on updating our uninstall scripts to remove previous versions.
*Note if your are on macOS Big Sur, only ON1 PHOTO RAW 2020 and ON1 PHOTO RAW 2021 are compatible with this new macOS. Older installers will fail to install with below message.
You will need to upgrade to our current version here
