If for some reason your plugins are not appearing in Photoshop after installation you can manually move or copy/paste them from the following location:

Goto the Applications folder/ ON1 PHOTO RAW 2020/2021/ Plugins folder. In here there are folders containing each plugin. (go into each folder here and copy the plugin file)
You want to copy the Develop, Effects, Portrait & Resize plugins that end in .plugin file extension.
*NOTE: You do not want to copy the Resize lrplugin or ON1 PHOTO RAW 2020.lrplugin files. These are for Lightroom ONLY.
You can copy and paste (or move these files) to the following location:
MacHD>Library>Application Support>Adobe>Plugins>CC: (Paste Plugins into this folder)

Here is where the plugin locations are for Photoshop from Adobe's site:
Locate plug-in folders
Third-party and optional plug-ins can be installed to one of two locations:
- Version specific location - which will only load the installed plug-in for a specific version of Photoshop (e.g. only Photoshop CS6, CC 2015, etc)
-
If you installed to the Photoshop version specific location, the Photoshop Plug-Ins folder is located here:
- Hard Drive\Program Files\Adobe\[Photoshop version]\Plug-ins
If you installed to the shared Creative Cloud location, the Plug-Ins folder is located here:
- Hard Drive\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Plug-Ins\CC
Once installed, plugins will be located under the File>Automate menu and the Filters>ON1 Menu
*Note Resize will only be found under the File>Automate menu.
