My order was declined but I was still charged.
Please note that any charge you see is likely a pre-authorization charge which will drop off automatically after a few business days if your order was not successful. Payment providers such as credit card companies will often place a temporary hold on funds when a payment request has been submitted. When a transaction has been completed, this hold is converted into a permanent payment record and the funds are withdrawn from the account. If the transaction does not complete for any reason, the temporary hold will be cleared from your account and funds will not be withdrawn.
