Signing In and Activating
Activation for our products is a straightforward process, tied to the email address and password associated with your ON1 account. Follow these steps to activate your ON1 software:
Step 1: Launch the Application
Open the ON1 software application on your computer. If you haven't installed it yet, make sure to download and install the software from our website.
Step 2: Access the Sign-In Option
Once the ON1 application is open, you will be presented with a sign-in window. Or, you'll find a "Sign-In" option from the top navigational toolbar under the Help menu. (If you haven't purchased the product yet, there's no need to sign in at this point. You can start a free trial on the initial Sign-In screen).
Step 3: Enter Your ON1 Account Credentials
When you make a purchase on our website, an account is automatically created for you using the details provided during the transaction. If you already have an account with us, there's no need to create a new one.
The Sign-In window is where you can enter your account details. In this window, provide the following information:
- Email Address: Enter the email address associated with your ON1 account.
- Password: Input the password that you set for your ON1 account. You can reset your password here if needed.
Step 4: Sign In and Activate
After entering your email address and password, click the "Sign In" button to proceed. ON1 will validate your account information and activate your product if it's associated with your account.
Step 5: Product Activation Complete
Once the activation is successful, you'll have full access to your ON1 product, and it will be ready for use. You won't see the sign-in option anymore in the application interface, as it is no longer needed since your product is now activated.
