I placed an order. Why didn’t I receive my product?
Once your payment has been processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order details. This email is sent immediately for most payment methods, but certain methods—like SEPA or bank transfers—may take a few days to process.
Steps to resolve:
1. Check your email folders
Make sure to check your Spam or Junk folders for an email from mailer@fastspring.com, as it might have been filtered there.
2. Confirm your order email
Our products are registered to the email address you provided during checkout. If you believe you may have entered the wrong email address, please contact ON1 Support for assistance.
3. View your order history
You can access your order history by logging into your ON1 account and navigating to the Orders section.
