We have identified an issue that some users can occur working with JPG images that can cause the image to appear unsupported.
We are working on a fix to address this issue.
The ON1 Log file (which you can access from the Help Menu in ON1 PHOTO RAW 2020)
may indicate the following Launch Error = 256:
*Typically a quit and restart of the application will correct the issue, however sometimes this doesn't work.
If a restart does not work for you, you can follow the steps below to force quit the ON1 Sandbox process.
Goto the Applications/Utilities folder and launch the Activity Montior.
Click on the Memory tab and in the search field search for ON1.
Select the ON1 Sandbox process, then click the X to force quit the process.
Open up the Task Manager
Press CTRL + Shift + Escape to open the processes tab.
Find ON1 PHOTO RAW 2020 in the Processes
Click the pulldown to reveal the other processes running
Select the ON1 Sandbox.exe
Click End task
