ON1 360 stops working after uninstalling ON1 PHOTO RAW 2021:

If you use ON1 360 and upgrade to ON1 PHOTO RAW 2021 then decide to uninstall and/or go back to using ON1 PHOTO RAW 2020, ON1 Cloud Sync (360) will stop functioning and no longer publish correctly.

This is due to an upgrade process that ON1 Cloud Sync (360) goes through that will prevent publishing conflicts from occurring with the new version of ON1 PHOTO RAW 2021.

You will need to contact our Technical Support department for assistance in resetting the 360 services to work again with the previous version of ON1 PHOTO RAW 2020.
