Windows Error attempting to install or launch ON1 PHOTO RAW - MSVCP140.dll VCRUNTIME140.dll VCRUNTIME140_1.dll Missing can occur if you do not have the Microsoft Runtime Libraries properly installed on your Windows Computer.

You can simply download and install this Microsoft C++ Runtime packages to correct the problem:

If prompted to remove or overwrite the currently installed runtime package,  you will need to say yes.

Please download and install these packages from the links above, then reboot your computer.
