Exported portrait orientation photo differs from layout on export screen when logo is inserted

It was in PR2022 and it is in PR 2033 and only for portrait orientation, landscape is fine. Add a logo in the export layout screen and what you see is not what you get when exported. 

It is a trial and error for logo size and positioning until you get it right.

Any suggestions?
