Have Not Used 2023 Since Installing

There is something really wrong with this picture. I have not used the new ON1 2023 since the installation and after all the driver glitches and black screens from the AI features. I'm not bending over backward by downgrading drivers to hope and try to get things working.  I fired up Lightroom and it now has many if not all of the same AI masking 2023 toted over for months but they all work just fine no black screen or bugs.  What's wrong here? I'm just so disappointed.

  There is an update coming next week which is supposed to fix the black screen bugs amongst others. Hang in there, help is on the way!
