Bug 2023 RAW: scrolling to beginning when filtering away single picture
Im in the browsing mode, showing a grid of pictures. I have the filter active "show photos that haven't been set". When I set one picture (either pick or reject), then that picture is removed from the view (so far so good), but the view scrolls back to the top (which is not what I would expect). Having about one thousand pictures in the view I must scroll back each time to the position I am working on.
Yup, just checked. Mine does the same. You can ask On1 tech support about it if you like.0
I see the view reset back to the top of the grid but the next image following the one which got set is still selected. It's quick to press an arrow key followed by the other one to jump directly to the correct location.
It still needs to be reported as the program should takes to that spot automatically.0
Is there an official channel to report bugs on ON1? I couldn't find one. The closest I could find is "Submit Request", which I assume is for feature requests. Thanks!0
That is the way to contact tech support to report bugs or request help with their software. You can also use the program's Help > Provide Feedback command. It takes you to the same web page.
