Photos Missing in Browse after importing from SD card (On1 2023 Stand Alone Version)

I imporrted 300+ images from SD card and none of the images show up despite existing on the disck - I see them in Windows explorer. Additionally older images that I had already edited no longer display in browse  in On1 2023

What I did to troubleshoot:

• close and re-open On1
• Reboot computer
• Clear browse cache (preferences > system > browse cache)

Has anyone else had this issue?

However if I open in On1 2022 all files display correctly.

  What do you see in 2023 when you browse to the folder you imported your photos to? A screenshot showing us what you are seeing would be helpful.

  user error - I hit reset on seach and everything is back. Not sure how/why it was searching but all good now.
