Where is the progress display
Where did the progress notice in the case of cataloging?
I catalog photos. Duration so far over 20 hours with 65,000 photos. The keyword Ai is switched off. That seems to me for a very long time and I don't know from the predecessor versions. If you are with the mouse about the folder to be cataloged, the progress in % has always been displayed in the predecessor. This does not work for version 2023.
Or did I overlook something?

I was looking for it as well. It doesn't appear for me either.
Either On1 removed it, or that's another bug that should be reported.

I was looking for the catalog progress right after install of 2023 and didn't see it either.

Does anyone know if this bugs been fixed for the 2023 version? I'm still not seeing a way to see cataloging progress but maybe you view it in a different way compared to 2022?

There is still no progress indicator for Catalog creation in the program. It's my opinion the company removed it because when it was there it was so very misleading.

How was it misleading Brian? I found it useful to see that “100% done” message when a folder had been successfully catalogued or to view the progress when cataloguing a large folder. Now I have no way to see any of this information so do we just guess when it’s finished and hope its done?

It would flip between 100% done and something lower, maybe 30% at times. It jumped around so much you could never tell how much progress was actually being made.
It's just my opinion. You can ask tech support for a more definitive answer.

Also, as to telling when it is done, you will see a noticeable improvement in your system's performance when cataloging has finished.
