    If you haven't added any photos to the an album you will see the message "No Photos Found". I don't use albums so not sure if they get copied over when you install a new version of On1. If you still have 2022 installed I suggest you go into the album in question, select all the photos then add the album name as a keyword to all the photos in that album then exit 2022 and open 2023. In 2023 do a search for photos with the keyword then add them to the album.

    Try RESETTING the search bar at the bottom of the screen.
