it's working ok for me. I tried your procedure, assuming that I understand it correctly. Coming back to Browse the arrow keys work as expected both with and without the filmstrip.

You might try the Delete settings procedure to see if it helps.

Thanks for your response Rick, I'm checking switches in the software and checks on my computer(s), mine is not working on either machine I have ON1 installed on. 2022 works on both, so I'll keep plugging on, like I say, not a big glitch, but now an extra step to get back to being able to move around with the arrow keys is weird.

    Again, appreciate your response.

Try creating a new user account and logging in to it and see if it works there.

FYI, I see the same behavior that Wayne described.  More specifically, when in single photo browse mode, the arrow keys moves forward and backward through the photos in the folder. Switch to edit mode on a photo and then return to browse in single photo mode (either by clicking the 'done' button or the 'Browse' icon) and the arrow keys no longer work.   It's not something I have noticed before, since I usually work in Grid mode or have the Filmstrip turned on, and the issue doesn't occur there.  Not a big deal, but it does seem like a bug

Ok, so when you go back, the arrows don't work, but what happens if you click on a photo then try the arrows. Do they work then? I'm thinking when it's not working that the focus is on some area that doesn't respond to arrows rather than the photos that should have the focus.

To be clear, this is only an issue when you're viewing a single photo (Detail View) in Browse mode.  So there's only one photo to click on.  If I click on it, it zooms and un-zooms as expected, but arrows still don't work.  Clicking on other areas of the screen and then back on the photo doesn't make a difference.  Clicking on grid mode and then back to the single photo view restores normal operation of the arrow keys.

Rick, on my systems it does not work, I can only get it to go back to moving with the arrows if I go to grid mode. Again, I realize this is not the end of the world, just something that worked in the way described and no longer functions this way. It is a function that I used, and just takes a little longer when something you have used for years has changed, just wondering if I had missed something.

Thank you Kenneth, you summed it up very well in your response, appreciate it.

I've just checked, and it doesn't work for me too.

I'm seeing the same behavior on my M1 mini.

I just reported it to support with step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce it.

I got a reply from Stevie saying, "We've logged a bug."
