Still major issues with patched 2023
The good news is that ON1 2023 now opens my CR3 files - I could not open them before without the program crashing. The bad news, I can do nothing with the opened file (CR3). The ‘magnifying glass’ cursor stays on the opened file. I tried to zoom in on the photo from ‘fit’ to 100 percent. It zooms, but I cannot get it to go zoom back to 'fit', '25%' etc. When I did try, the zoom control disappeared as did the photo, leaving my screen totally black except for a small black ‘hand’. Yet the file was still open according to the ribbon at the top of my screen. I could export it as a jpg. But I could not see it any longer to do any editing. I closed ON1, then started it again. I reopened the CR3 file. Opens OK, I think, but I can do no editing to it. None. No manual editing, no AI editing. The sliders move, I can choose AI settings, but nothing seems to be working. Or if it is, I cannot see it on my screen. The photo stays the same according to what I can see. Windows 11 Pro, I7 6700, Radeon R9 270 with latest driver. ON1 2022.5 works just fine. Still major issues with the ON1 2023 software.

If I were having that many problems, I would wipe everything and start again with a clean install. Something is wrong somewhere and it's not necessarily with Photo Raw.
You say still major problems with the new version, but I'm running Win 11 as well with none of those problems.

I tried what you suggested. Removed ON1 2023 (complete uninstall including all leftover files and directory), reinstalled and.....no joy. Still cannot see the effects of any edits. Still cannot zoom and unzoom. Thanks anyway. I have sent my info to ON1 Tech support and will wait to see what they say.

Same happened here yesterday - I made finally clean installation and manually deleted PerfectBrowserCache. Have to recreate it (soo long) but now it works.
Just an idea, not sure if this was the source of a problem
