Disappearing filters for ratings & labels
AnsweredYesterday all of a sudden Photo Raw no longer sees or displays any filters at all (ratings and labels). I was using both ratings (stars) and labels (colours) to organize my work.
All of a sudden Photo Raw stopped seeing or displaying any filters.
I checked the same files and folders with AfterShot, the RAW processor from Corel I have been using till now, ... and all the filters are in place. AfterShot recognizes both the old filters created by AfterShot as well as the filters I created with photo Raw.
But Photo Raw sees none of these filters.
Very aggravating. What is the solution?

Do you mean in browse view to see these labels on each photo?
If so, try right-clicking on a photo and choose "Thumbnail View Options" and see if they got turned off somehow. Here are mine.

If Chris' suggestion doesn't help, Delete the settings file and try it again.

I followed both of your suggestions and was able to restore the filters.
My Thumbnail View (before Delete Settings File) was at the default settings:
I followed the instructions to Delete Settings File. I then rebooted my computer.
After some delay the filters have reappeared. Thanks for your help.
