ON1 Photo Raw 2023 Versus ON1 Photo Raw 2022
I was so excited about ON1 Photo Raw 2023 (introduced to ON1 last year when I purchased 2022). Great Program but ON1 2023 is causing me problems. I can't get the Chisel Tool to clean up the edges on a Mask. Just watched a ON1 2022 video on Masking the old way because the 2023 ON1 Masking seemed not to be working. The 2022 training video showed one picture and did a great job explaining the way to create a Mask. But when changing to another example with a different picture, the old picture remained on the screen and the new picture was placed over the previous picture. This last 2023 Update did updates to the Video Settings. My computer and monitor was purchased Mar 2018. Must I buy a new Computer System? Anyone else experience strange changes?

Jack, it would help a lot if you could post screenshots of the problems that you're seeing with the ON1 settings at the time. For example "the old picture remained on the screen and the new picture was placed over the previous picture" we would need to see what you see to get an idea.
In the meantime, try the Delete Settings option in this article and see if that helps.

Thank you for comment. The Help Desk has always been very kind. I have the "Delete Settings" information stored from last year. I love ON1 Raw 2022 (first time ON1 user) and in the early stages of my training ON1 would get locked up because I would hi the wrong key and then compound the problem by hitting more keys. I will try to find the video and send the link to the Video. I really believe the video is corrupted (that would not be your fault). I know there are problems going on because my mouse gets into areas and then no longer works. As I said earlier, you have a great program. Just being able to Sync, No Noise, Locals, Develop, Resize, Effects, and I could go on and on! I would love to be contacted other than on a public forum and get some quick answers to my situation. Thank you.

Jack, these forums are for user to user support. The company rarely responds here. If you are a Plus member you can post there and someone may respond. You only other option would be to talk with Tech Support but they are swamped with requests for help so the responses come slowly.
