ON1 Photo Raw 2023 not working on Windows 10

I installed the new ON1 Photo Raw 2023 on a windows 10 pc and I am getting an error and it will not work. I still have the 2022 version so glad I didn't uninstall it. I am attaching a copy of the error. If anyone knows what the issue is please let me know.
