issue upgrading to photo raw 2023 from 2022.5

Hi,
I have been a long time On1 photo raw user and after installing the update to photo raw 2023  I get the following error when launching the program and the program exits immediately.
I still have On1 photo raw 2022.5 installed and plan to continue using it as a fallback until the 2023 issues are resolved.
please advise

  Is 2022.5 running when you launch 2023? The first time a new Upgrade version of the program (2023 in this case) is run it migrates all your user data from the previous version. If that previous version is running those data files are in use and the new program cannot get to them to do the migration.

  Thanks Brian,
  seems that this was the case, I closed the 2022.5 version before starting but there seems to be some background process that was still running. after killing it I was able to proceed without the error.
