What do you mean by "wrong lens adjustment applied"? Are you saying you are using lens A and the program it saying it is lens B and applying settings for B?

At the end of the installation process for Photo RAW we are prompted to give permissions to the program twice. Did you OK those permissions changes? You can set them yourself in System Settings > Privacy & Security > Files and Folders and Full Disk Access. Make sure Photo RAW 2023 has been given permissions in those two locations.

All permissions were given.  As far as what lens correction was used, I can't tell because the Lens Profile drop down menu for this and other raw, (DNG and NEF), photos does not work and will not let me see what was chosen or choose a different lens.  I attached the photo with the skewed lens correction and the same file with lens correction off.

The program is using its built-in lens correction instead of applying the profile from the Lensfun database. What happens if you click on the menu that reads Built in?

When I click on Built-In, it has no effect - no drop down menu appears.  I did put a request in to support but I wondering if any one else has this issue.

Yes, it appears that the Lensfun database did not get installed so the menu cannot be populated nor can their profiles be used.

Go to ~/Library/Application Support/ON1/ON1 Photo RAW 2023 and look for the folder lensdb. If it is missing, and I'm betting it is, you can copy it from the same folder for 2022.

Support should be told about the problem solution. Another user here a week or so ago had the same problem. For some reason that folder is not getting installed for all users.

The l;ensdb was indeed missing from the 2023 folder but was in the 2022 folder, which I copied over.  That has taken care of that issue.  Thanks!

You’re welcome. Please let support know about the problem and solution so they can get a feel for how many users this affects.
