On1 23 wont open/respond.
On1 2023 downloaded successfully and used for a week - today wont open/respond.
Anyone have same problem?

Try the Delete Settings function. It is known to clear up a lot of problems.

I am having the same issue. All of a sudden On1PR23 won't open. I can't try the delete settings function because it won't open. Any other suggestions? Thanks.

Donald, did you actually try the delete settings? It opens before Photo Raw comes up.
If you did and it doesn't work, you're only option is a re-install, and possibly a clean install. Download the installer and try that first, if that doesn't help, you'll need to completely uninstall the program and start over.

Yes, I tried to delete settings but it won't open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Still won't work. I am going to try it again.

I completely uninstalled again. I went back to the on1 site and downloaded the installer again. I re-installed and it still will not open. Frustrating. I figure there is a text file of config file somewhere that will need to be deleted. Just don't know how to find the file.

Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date before you do all of this. Install as an Admin.

Check if ON1 is running on the background by using the task manager function. If it is running then end task.

Have you tried running as an administrator? It's the only way I can get 2023 to run at the moment. (didn't have the issue with 2022)

Try navigating to this folder in File Explorer - %appdata%\ON1 (%appdata% expands to C:\Users\your-user-name\AppData\Roaming)
There, you will see a folder ON1 Photo Raw 2023. Rename it to something else, and then try reopening the program.

The Reset ON1 Photo RAW 2023 command trashes that folder for you. Along with other possibly corrupt files.

I had a similar problem. After the last Windows 11 update, when I started the program a blank window appeared and a message that the program was not responding. It turned out to be a problem with multiple monitors. ON1 will not start on a monitor that is not set as the primary monitor (in the screen settings). If you are also working on multiple monitors, try setting the monitor on which ON1 is running as the main monitor and let us know if this has helped.
