Can I use On1 2023 Plug-ins from On1 2022?

I have On1 2022 Stand alone. I just purchase the Plug-in suite for 2023. I can access them plug-ins from Photoshop and LR but do not see and option from On1 Photo Raw

  I was thinking it should work, but I just tried installing Effects 2022 as a plugin to Photo Raw 2023 and it doesn't show in the menu. It does work with the 'Send To' option though. The difference would be that a plugin can be called while in Edit, while an external editor (Send To) is only accessible in Browse.
