Extremely Slow Boot time with iRIS xe processr

I have an i7-11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11390H @ 3.40GHz   2.92 GHz processor running intel iRIS xe and my boot time for the program is 110 seconds.  Was told that the graphics processor cannot perform as well with this current addition(ON1 Raw 2023). Anyone else with a slow boot time?
