Export asking twice if I wish to save settings

Not a big deal, but this has been bugging me for ages. I have an export defined where the only thing I change is the file name. When I hit [Export] I get the message “The settings have changed, do you want to save?” Great, this is what I would expect. I say No, but then I get another message asking me if I want to save the settings! I have already said no, so why the second question?

  I’m pretty sure one prompt is asking if you want to update the preset you made changes to. The other is asking if you want to create a new preset.

  You can avoid this by using the Title metadata field and setting up the preset to use that for the exported image’s file name.

  Hi,

  I don’t think it is asking me to create a new preset as if I answer Yes it doesn’t ask me for a preset name. Answering yes both times saves the file name I entered, but the next time still get two messages. I don’t want to use the metadata tag as I use a meaningful name for the file name.

  Just another of life’s little irritations:-(
