Can I resize only one dimension?
I want to be able to resize only one dimension (width to 90%) and leave the other dimension alone [to apply a 'slimming' effect]. Resize AI doesn't seem to let me do this. I've tried changing dimensions during export (unlock, change number of pixels on one dimension) and it seems to crop the image instead of "pushing" it as photoshop did. Is there any way to accomplish this in On1?

Resize always maintains the selected ratio, there is no option to change that. However, you can use a combination of Crop and Transform to modify your image.
- Create a crop to the required dimensions.
- Use Transform to move the edges of your photo in to match the crop.
This is an example of a 4x6 image resized to 1x1

So you don't use 'Resize' at all then. You use 'Crop' to set dimension guidelines then transform to move it to the 'guides'? Is there a way to have a ruler on the photo while editing? Also, does Transform use any type of AI when adjusting the pixels? Thanks.

Photo Raw doesn't have rulers built in, but if you have an image of one, you can add it as a layer temporarily and move it around with transform.
Transform has been around since long before AI was a thing. No, it's not AI.
