Unable to login in NONoise AI and Resize AI

Hi,

Unable to login with my credentials in "NONoise AI" and "Resize AI" standalone versions (November 17, 2023). Though other programs are doing fine. The screenshots of error are being shared for your perusal and necessary actions.

  -13 is an error that you need On1 customer service to help with. There is nothing we users can do.
