The Reset All command should have worked. You're not doing anything wrong. Just deleting the .on1 & .xmp sidecars is not enough to get the program to remove the edits as they are also stored in an internal database.

In this case, I would make a copy of the ARW file in the Finder. Move the copy somewhere outside of your photos library. Back in Photo RAW delete that image file so it gets removed from the database as well as removing any sidecars. Now you can move the copy you made earlier back into place and the program will see it as a new file.

If still in the database after all I've does that indicate a bug or is there another step to remove the edits in the database?

Thank you for your steps. I'll do that.

No, it isn't a bug. The steps I've outlined will remove them from the database because you are deleting the edited file from your system. The copy you made in the Finder is unedited and has no edit history in the database or the sidecars. When you move it back into its original folder where Photo RAW can see it it will be added back in as a new photo.
