User guide updates and translated

I just submitted a request: french user guide (not so much good translated) is for 2020 version. As ON1 PR had various improvements 2021-22-23, it's very disappointing no-speaking english users are so depreciated (french language, german, spanish etc). If ON1 team want to grow and sale more licences, the very first should be to translate the pdf manual in some other language than english or american-english. As many people here knows, some other "small companies" have done this job (Affinity, Pixelmator...) and the number of buyers/customers/ users is growing, vs ON1 seems very unknown here in France, except some affiliates tutorials YT.
