If you imported them through the Extras manager, they should show up right there in the manager like this.

If your brushes aren't showing up, you can try Delete settings but if that doesn't help the brushes may not be valid.

I imported them through the Extras Manager, the folder shows up in the left column but there's nothing in the right.  I also tried importing the ABR files directly from PS 2023 with the same result.

    Did you delete settings yet?

Yes, I deleted settings, which did nothing.  I also tried importing a number of different ABR files from various PS versions to no avail.

Can you make one of your .abr files available for us to download so we can try loading it on our machines? Post it to a site like Dropbox or WeTransfer then post the download link here.

I don't do (i.e., pay for) dropbox or wetransfer. but can email it as attachment.

They are both free to use although you have to create an account to use the sites.

I'm seeing the same thing John. This is just a guess but it looks like an empty set. The .abr file was created somewhere but it doesn't actually contain anything. Just a guess but I agree with your original question.

If so, this means that every ABR file in PS is empty, given that I tried loading them all.  Logic would suggest they wouldn't install empty files so either  PR2023 doesn't work as advertised or Adobe has made them unreadable.  Also, the file size would suggest there's something in them..

Send a couple to support and see what they have to say.

So, are you able to import the brushes to Photoshop? If they are already in Photoshop you may have to delete or rename them to see if these will import.

If they don't work there, then you have your answer.

The ABR files in question came from PS 2023, which begs the question "Why would they be in PS in the first place if they didn't work?"   Regardless, I copied the files, renamed them and successfully imported both back into PS.   Bottom Line:  PR2023 cannot, at this time/version, import and use PS .ABR files.

You should ask support about this. If they work in one program they should work in the other.

I contacted support and sent them the ABR files.  Got notice a ticket was opened.
