Problems with exporting images successfully
I purchased and downloaded ON1 PR 2022 about a month and a half ago, and the first photo I edited, I was able to export it to a JPG file without any problems. A couple times after, I tried to go into ON1 and a box came up that said I needed to have OpenGL installed in order to run the program. Since then, I've been able to open PR and edit photos, but when I go to export them to JPG files, and I go into my Photos file on my computer to look at my edited photos, all it shows is a black file with no image. There was an update available for ON1 PR, but that didn't fix the problems either. I have a Dell Inspiron 7506 2n1 laptop with Intel Iris Xe Max Graphics driver. Any advice, suggestions on what I should do would be greatly appreciated.

Please see the following article which contains multiple troubleshooting tips. If the program was working but now it is not the first thing I would suspect are your video card drivers. It is possible that there was a Windows update that rolled back your drivers to an earlier non-compatible version. Be sure to check their settings too. There is a link in the article to another article that explains how to do that.
