Dis regard, I tried the trick with opening whilst pressing shift. Deleted those settings and hoppa it works fine again.

I have not updated to Ventura [need to see if a work related VPN package still functions] but ON1 2023 crashes performing simple browse actions - I have not had a chance to try any of the improved features. Fortunately the 2022 version still functions.

ON1 support has assigned issue #329666 to the bug.

Currently the 2023 version is dead in the water, burned to the waterline and about to capsize. I received advice to clear settings using a dialog [hold down shift while launching the app] but both the MacOS crash reporter and the ON1 crash reporter block access to that dialog.

If it's crashing immediately after startup, there isn't much you can do, but if you get a few seconds before it crashes then you need to clear the crash report and close the app before it crashes again.

Once you've done that, you'll be able to do the Delete settings procedure on next startup.

I've tried racing the app before the crash reporter [MacOS or ON1] launches - and likely sent 30 or 40 crash reports this evening before getting totally frustrated.

There is nothing to race. Start the program normally, clear the crash dialog, then Quit the program immediately. Now you can start it with the Shift key pressed to get to the dialog that allows you to Delete Settings.
